… is a hot air balloon ride. You can keep your skydives, mountain climbs and bungee jumps. For me, that one thing-do-to-before-you-die is a hot air balloon. I'm not fussy about the location - the rolling Arabian desert, Kenya's Masai Mara plains, Cappadocia's fairytale-like landscape would all qualify - but for as long as I can remember, I've considered breezily floating through the skies, watching the sunrise and the landscape shift from night to day, as something I simply can't live my life without experiencing.
While I may be yet to tick that off, I have completed a fair few of Abu Dhabi's bucket list activities. Day tripping to Nurai Island? Tick. An afternoon with the superheroes at Warner Bros. World?
