“If a member wishes to cancel their plan, an electronic cancellation request must be completed via the Zippy Auto Wash mobile app or the Zippy Auto Wash website portal prior to the member’s recharge date; cancellation is complete when the member receives an electronic cancellation confirmation. Alternatively, an in-person cancellation request may be completed at any of the Zippy Auto Wash offices. A cancellation request may not be completed via phone, voicemail, or any other form of messaging service. No refund or credit is given for any unused portion of a plan due to cancellation.”
