Dubai Sightseeing

Dubai sightseeing is one of the most desired tourist activity within the city. If you have been to Dubai post 2001, you may have noticed an increasing number of structured Dubai tours (groups of Dubai tourists) all over the city.

In fact my buddy from Dubai was recruiting me on a trip to Dubai back in 2001 that was arranged by a tourist agency. I opted out of it at the time and we ended up in Cancun, Mexico instead. There are many companies that sell prepackaged Dubai city tours (many include airfare and accommodation).

As the city has transformed into an entertainment hub, companies are taking advantage of the Dubai tourism industry and are offering a variety of packages and deals on tours to Dubai.

There were a fair number of tourist attractions in Dubai pre 2001, but the number has propelled significantly in what seems like overnight. I mean literally, the country's government (the Sheikhdom) started constructing buildings and man made islands on water because they ran out of land space!

If you have visited Dubai in the past, you must be somewhat familiar with the city, the environment and culture within. If you have not been there before, make sure you read my discussion on Dubai tourist information. I can't tell you everything, but I can fill you in on what I think is important from my personal experiences.

Often times, tourists end up seeing the many attractions a place has to offer more so than a resident of that city. Just think about it, how well do you really know the tourist attractions around you? Chances are you are more familiar with sightseeing in another city that you often visit on vacation right? It's so funny how that works out.

That is why I chose to write this newsletter instead of Kish. But, and only but, it might be a good idea to ask her to write her own perspective on Dubai sightseeing from her experiences. Stay tuned, it might be coming.

I have also included this FREE DUBAI GUIDE to give you Dubai tourism tips you might find very helpful during your visit. There is much to do and see in Dubai. You can certainly expect not to cover everything in one visit, but do take advantage of the some of the many Dubai tourist attractions each time you visit the city.

The city always has something new to offer and the number of things to see and do will only increase with time as Dubai continues to carve its name deeper on the global landscape.
